The State of Texas requires all Kindergarten students to be up to date on childhood vaccines, including these boosters (typically after age 4):

✔️ Varicella (Chickenpox)
✔️ Any additional vaccines recommended by your healthcare provider

The City of La Vernia has let us know that the intersection of FM 775 and Chihuahua Street was impacted by an accident involving an 18-wheeler on Friday night.
Due to damage and ongoing safety assessments, the intersection is expected to remain closed until at least Tuesday. With school traffic resuming tomorrow, families and staff are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time during morning and afternoon commutes.
We appreciate the City of La Vernia’s continued work to address this situation and thank our community for their patience.
