It’s time to catch a wave of healthy habits and ride it all the way to a nutritious lifestyle. 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️ We’re stoked to announce that our schools are joining in on the fun and celebrating National School Breakfast Week from March 4-7. 🎉🥣 With the help of the Texas Department of Agriculture and School Nutrition Association, we’re bringing you the theme of the year: Surf’s Up with School Breakfast. 🏖️🍴 Our students will be able to indulge in tasty and nutritious breakfast options all week long. 🍳🍎 Not only will they be fueled up for a day of learning, but they’ll also learn the importance of starting the day with a healthy breakfast. 🌅 So make sure to join us in celebrating National School Breakfast Week. 🤙

📢❄️La Vernia ISD will have classes on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 as scheduled. Bundle up in your coziest winter gear and brave the chilly weather. We can't wait to see you! 🧣🧤 There will be NO outdoor extracurricular activities before or after school.

📢 📢 📢 📢 La Vernia Independent School District is closed tomorrow due to inclement weather. With the chance of precipitation from 11pm to 11am, school will be canceled tomorrow in abundance of caution for the safety of our students, staff, parents, and the community.
